Community Participation
Get help with community participation
Getting out and being social is key to leading a happy life. We can take you on outings to the local library, the movie theatre, or even a concert. We can help you attend community events, enrol in educational courses, and join social groups or sporting clubs.
Let us know your interests and let’s have some fun.
Support Coordination
Learn how to get the support you need
Our dedicated Support Coordinators can help you learn how to get the support you need, as outlined in your NDIS plan. You will gain the skills you need to seek informal, mainstream, and funded support.
When you meet with our Support Coordinators in person, they will listen and seek to understand your wants and needs. They can then provide specialist advice and guidance that helps you achieve your goals.
Our Support Coordinators can help you answer the following questions:
- What does my NDIS plan mean?
- How do I access support services through the NDIS?
- How do I know my needs are being met?
- How do I hire providers to help me?
- Where do I find the right providers? And lot more as per participants NDIS plan
We can empower you to make decisions with confidence so that you can take control of your support services. You will gain the skills you need to work with support providers now and in the future

Is independent living your goal? The Humble Support Services team can teach you essential life skills to help you work toward independence.
First, we create a plan that meets your needs and aspirations. You are our priority, so we let you lead the way.
Then, we teach you the daily living skills you need to live the life you want. We can:
- Show you how to cook your meals
- Support you to get ready for school or work
- Help you clean your home and do household chores
- Transport you to community and social events
- Take you to appointments, including doctor’s appointments
Therapeutic Supports
Gain independence with therapeutic supports
Therapeutic supports can help you become more independent. Different supports can make daily activities easier, and we can design your service to meet your personal needs and goals.
Therapeutic supports can help you with:
- Language and talking to other people
- Personal care, like dressing and showering
- Moving around your home or out and about
We can connect you to a professional worker that knows how to make your life more comfortable. That might be a psychologist, physiotherapist, social worker, dietician, or speech therapist.
We want to improve your health and wellbeing. We take the time to understand you and your family and provide individualised strategies for a happy life. Think of our team as a group of helpful friends – we teach you new skills, so you can live and engage with the community with more confidence.
Therapeutic supports can also help your family better assist you and your needs.
